Do I need to make an account to order?

No, you do not. However, we highly recommend it, as it allows you to not only make it easier to order again, but allows you to track your order, register returns and save information which will make it easier to check out next time you order with us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All domestic orders will deliver within 2-5 business days via Aus Post. 

All international orders will deliver within 4-7 business days via DHL Express. 

How do I return/exchange my item online?

Please refer to our return policy for conditions for returns. as for steps, please register a return with us, then ship the products you would like to return/exchange back to us within 14 days of receiving the package. 

I’ve received the incorrect order/have item(s) missing from our order. What do I do?

What size should I buy?

It is difficult to say as it varies between items and personal preference. However, we advise you to refer to sizing guide under each item. If this was not helpful, please feel free to contact us at any time at rblockcollective@gmail.com, whether regarding sizing or what to have for dinner.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping prices for all orders. With standard shipping costing $15 and express shipping costing $25. All domestic orders are shipped with Aus Post, allowing for reliable delivery and tracking. 

At the moment, we do not offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain price. We are working on it, don't worry.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major payment types. Even cash (for pick up orders only).

How do I receive the latest news from rblockstudios?

Subscribe to our mailing list to receive the latest from us. this includes offers, discounts, access to exclusive events, offers, and sneaky drops.

How fast will I receive a response to my inquiry?

We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours. However. if this doesn’t happen, please give us 48-72hrs - and if you still haven’t received a response, please email us again by replying to your original email with a reminder. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

rblockstudios aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase*, you may return your item/s within 14 days in exchange for a full refund (minus shipping costs if bought online), store credit, or an exchange of product/s. 

*Reasons for dissatisfaction include:

• item/s not as expected

• incorrect fitting/size

• dissatisfaction with quality

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• the product/s must be in perfect condition; are to be exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

• all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

• all products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

• when returning by mail, please make sure to return the shoes/accessory item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

• we do not take responsibility for any lost/stolen goods during the return transit. We advise that you receive a tracking number.

• note that for online purchases, if you choose to receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to exchange products, you will receive free shipping. And if you choose to receive store credit, you will be refunded full amount paid, including shipping costs. 

• rblockstudios reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Orders and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. The order amount will be traced from your account as soon as your order has been placed.  If something doesn't fit, return it to us for an exchange or refund, easy. 

Your request must be valid; circumstances or condition of clothing will be reviewed and approved by us (find conditions on returns here). rblockstudios reserves the right to reject the request for any reason. If this happens to be the case, you will receive an email including information regarding your next steps. 

Once your return has been approved by us, you will be granted a full refund, minus shipping costs, if bought online.

Orders and Shipping

Once you order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, tax invoice, and a tracking number for said order once it has shipped. The same tracking number can also be found within the order details in your account, as well as on the carrier's website. 
All domestic orders will deliver within 2-5 business days via Australia Post. Free shipping is applicable in Australia for orders exceeding $‌200AUD. 
All international orders will deliver within 4-6 business days via DHL Express. Free shipping is eligible based on total spend and location. 
Our standard order processing time is up to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time, and note that delays may result from payment authorisations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these busy periods. Customers now have the option to pre-pay for potential duties and taxes during checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country. 

If Duties and Taxes were not paid when you placed your order, either because you elected so or because pre-payment is not available in the delivery destination (or for any other reason): (a) you are advised that the amount of Duties and Taxes displayed under the pre-payment option on the checkout is only an estimation and may not reflect the amount of Duties and Taxes actually charged to you by the broker, carrier or the relevant authority, which such amount might be higher than the estimation; and (b) you will be fully responsible for paying all applicable Duties and Taxes directly to the relevant authority as determined and assessed by such authorities. Global-e and the Brand will have no responsibility or liability in connection with the foregoing. Moreover, if you fail to pay any Duties and Taxes without reasonable reason, causing the liability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including the Brand), the amount of such Duties and Taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.

Exceptions to this shipping policy include:
• Made-to-order/customised items, including jewellery. These products are made specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Estimated delivery timelines are indicated on the respective product page.
• Products with extended delivery timelines.

rblock's name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of rblock or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify such marks without the prior written permission of rblock. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Websites and App are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited License; Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service. All other rights are reserved. 

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms of Service and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Services is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information is not transferable or assignable.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers or information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, products and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of these Terms of Service or use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

We and any Affiliated Party are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

The aggregate liability of us and any Affiliated Party in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the Services and/or the Content provided herein or hereby shall not exceed AU$‌175 and that amount shall be in lieu of all other remedies which you may have against us and any Affiliated Party.

The negation and limitation of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and you. The Services and the Content presented would not be provided without such limitations. 

Use of Information

We reserve the right, and you authorise us, to use and share, in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy, all information regarding your use of the Services.  All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated by you to us (collectively, a “Submission”) will forever be our property. We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential and will not be liable for the use of any ideas provided by you (including without limitation, product, service or advertising ideas). We will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our future products, services, or operations. Severable and Survival

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to judicial decision, the remainder of these Terms of Service will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. All terms that logically ought to survive the termination of these Terms of Service shall survive.

Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Services and the Content provided therein.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the Australian Court of law without regard to conflicts or choice of law rules or principles.  Any action to enforce these Terms of Services shall be filed in the Magistrates or Supreme Court of Australia located in Brisbane or Canberra.

Force Majeure

rblockstudios will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation herein if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events that are beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, blockade, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, epidemic, or governmental action, in so far as such an event prevents or delays us in fulfilling our obligations hereunder.
